Atrium Hotel at 18700 Macarthur Boulevard, Irvine, California.

If there was the chance to rate this hotel higher than 5, I would give it a 10+! My brief stay developed into a two and a half week long stay. I can honestly say, this hotel began to feel like home. Where do I begin to sing their praises? The hotel is lovely, from the delightful lobby to the pool area surrounded by cushioned lounge chairs and and grand cabanas with lighting, heat source and soothing music for relaxation. The Waterfalls Restaurant delighted my palate with wonderfully prepared dishes morning , noon ,and at night I was entranced by the newly reopened Sunset Lounge upstairs. The hotel amenities warrant a 5* rating alone. However, even more important was how beautifully I was cared for during my stay. My reception was warm and inviting, but the personal attention that I received was more like family. Every little need that arose, from forgotten toothpaste to retrieving something accidentally thrown away, they were there for me . I never felt like a nuisance, because they all made me feel like it was their pleasure. I wish that I could personally name each one of the staff that made my stay special. Housekeepers, front desk personnel, gardeners, waiters and waitresses, I thank each and every one of you. Know how grateful I am for your hospitality. Kudos to every one of you who work so hard with such a cheerful heart. Thank you all so very much.
