Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport at 2120 Main Street, Irvine, California.

Overcharged me by over $500 for laundry weeks ago. They would not correct it without a manager even though I have a receipt showing the correct amount and I am 1 person and the amount of the incorrect charge ($720 for a week of laundry) makes no sense. That would be annoying enough but the Manager has also avoided me. I stopped by the front and called several times, and he never got back to me although I was told I'd be called each time as soon as he got in. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I suspect someone is stealing. I am disputing it through the card company but this is very disappointing for a long term stay guest. I was there 5 weeks and the issue was not solved and I was avoided and lied to. Hotel is in a very convenient location but I (and anyone in my company) will not be back.
