    The only Gong Cha in Irvine and the boba tastes super good (or even the best here). The earl grey milk tea is a must as well as the milk foam series. There are some seatings inside so it's quite nice but just for casual talks not for working. I sometimes order a drink and wait here for my number to be called at Boiling Point.
