Heritage Cleaners at 14450 Culver Drive Ste B, Irvine, California.

Last time I went to pick up me garments and one of my jacket was not treated (looks like they missed to dry clean or it wasn't done properly( so many stains were remained)but the old lady charged me for $9 and I asked for the credit back since it was dirty.. Today I went there and the employee told me that lady said not to take it anymore.
Very disappointed.... I was their customer for almost 2 years and never complain anything except last time. The Korean old lady is very rude and unprofessional..
