I remodeled a home, went here practically everyday, spent $60,000 remodeling. They had great management back then (2013). I've had nothing but nightmare's with them the last 6 months from a washer and dryer I bought from them. They have gone through 3 managers, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing over there. They finally returned just the washer and didn't refund 15% of my return. No one said that was going to happen... A manager left me standing there for 45 minutes one of the several times I had to go in there, then sent a cashier over to help me. It seems like no one even works there. You'll spend more time looking for someone to help you. I could go on and on. I will go the longer distance to shop at Lowe's from now on. I did go to Lowe's a few days ago. Great experience... They had the locks I needed, Home Depot didn't. Home Depot's lock department is a mess...
