Houston's at 2991 Michelson Drive, Irvine, California.

This is my first time here and after a long day at work I decided I would treat myself to a nice dinner and cold beer and I arrived at around 8:30pm and was quickly informed that there was a 20 minute wait. After pondering whether or not I wanted to wait I decided to put my name on the list and there I was about 20 minutes later being seated at my table.

Let me say that the location itself is beautiful and located in the plaza with the mothers market. There is plenty of parking and the entrance is up a few steps and then once you enter it seems almost as I you were transported to another place.

Af for the dinner menu it's pretty simple and straightforward with one side being dedicated as the drink menu and the other the food menu. They have items like sushi, soups, rotisserie chicken, and hamburgers amongst other things. After browsing through I decided on the California Burger medium well with a side order of fries. The server will offer you ketchup and spicy mayonnaise for your fries and I would highly recommend the spicy mayo. I also ordered a beer to wash it down and after my meal I as quite satisfied.

I would say that Houston's lived up to the reviews and I will definitely be back possibly for the rotisserie chicken and also for the fudge sundae.
