Pialago Cleaners at 6290 Irvine Boulevard, Irvine, California.

This place is the worst cleaners I've ever been to. I took my uniforms in for a military press and they couldn't line up the crease. When I talked to the manager she said I don't see anything even though the crease with way off and slanted to the outside of my shirt. Then she grab the guy in charge of ironing and says he's going to fix it and it looked the same. The guy had a bad attitude about the hole thing. The manager didn't even bother offering me something I return for messing up all my uniforms. Maybe the owner will read this in order to correct the laziness in the employee there.

i had terrible experience about this place, the customer service is very unfriendly to us because of the age difference. We help our mother to translate everyday stuff. The main reason why im giving this place 1 star or even 0 star is that we argued about one simple problem, and the problem is that they didn’t gave our clothes and it took us 10 days to recieve our clothes. And when we took our clothes they haven’t cleaned any of our clothes. Just don’t come to this place to waste your energy and time.
